Catia Dombaxe is a senior student at Methodist University. She was born and raised in Angola. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with Concentrations in Forensic Science and Biochemistry. Minoring in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics and Resort Management. She completed High School in Luanda, capital of Angola, and in 2014 she moved to the Netherlands to study abroad and obtain her International Baccalaureate Diploma in a United World College. Dombaxe is currently living in North Carolina and her main goals are graduating from Methodist University, complete her master’s and PhD degree in science. Family and travel are important things for her and she is very close to her family. Dombaxe plans to go back to Angola once she achieves her main goals to contribute for the development of her home country. Dombaxe is a self-motivated person with strong determination and good skills in Leadership, Problem Solving, and Strategic Thinking.
